Bojangles in Clinton

Great customer service and nice warm food :)

My wife and I had to wait in line while three orders was given bro the guest behind us. That's right. The worst part of it that everything we ordered was prepared. The drive thru specialist crossed contaminated according to state law.

First timers! It was very tasty! The staff was super smiley. I got extra gravy, it's a must! The wings were great!

went through drive-thru this morning. when the man with no mask was taking my payment i looked past him and noticed that no one in the restaurant was wearing a mask including the lady that was preparing my biscuit nor was the manager (Andrew). VERY SHOCKING! we are told through media and other sources that restaurants need our support to survive this pandemic. happy to do my part. but, why should/would i support a restaurant that doesn't care about my health enough to take the most basic of steps by wearing a face covering! WEAR A MASK. IT'S NOT FOR YOU...IT'S FOR EVERYONE ELSE!

Was heading home from Florida and had to get our last Bojangles' fix before arriving home in Northern Kentucky (which is strangely void of a Bojangles). Typically great food for a good value. Of course their Sweet Tea is amazing. The staff was good, but not excellent. Therefore, 4 instead of 5 stars.

Yummy. I love fried Chicken. Also has a lot of space. Very chilled atmosphere. And the food is fresh

Food is good, but service never knows whats going on with the orders and always out of a lot of stuff.

Excellent as always. Live up north in Southern Ohio and we don't have these. Best chicken and biscuits money can buy!!

Didnt like the seasoning on the chicken, husband did. Liked the mashed potatoez and slaw. Service was great .

My kids like the biscuits and gravy. For fans of fried chicken Bojangles is popular. This location is clean and convenient to the highway.

It was ok I've had better service the food had been done for a little while it wasn't as hot as I would like although I didn't complain I took it and went on about my morning for that I gave it 3 stars

At 4:00 p.m. we pulled up to the drive thru. We were told there were two chicken wings and nothing else. There would be nothing available for 17 mins at least. They were "prepping" for the afternoon rush...... Left empty handed.

We drove through here hungry and thought we was going to enjoy the famous chicken Well we kept driving and hangry after this experience

I really like the bo rounds, kind of like a hash Brown but better.

On may2nd my husband and I went to the drive up window, ordered a 4 piece wing dinner with cole slaw and a three piece chicken tender with rice requested ranch for dipping sauce. Was told the wings would take 9 minutes, agreed to wait for wings. When we got our order the wings had been substituted by a breast and thigh dinner, no coleslaw. No dipping sauces as requested, no napkins or spoons. This place is ridiculous

I love their chicken Cajun biscuit with Bo rounds that's some good eating

Drivethru breakfast. Good. Fresh.

Ate there tonight and the food was great but the teenagers working were poorly trained or supervised. They joked around and joined in with the 3 teenage boys that were in there eating and dropping F bombs. I guess lack of any self pride or professionalism is typical for teenagers these days.

Going thru the drive-thru at Bojangles is a big mistake. They rarely get the order correct. If you are lucky enough to get the correct food, it is delicious!

Nice and polite workers, and all of our food was fresh and warm.

Even though it took about 20 minutes to get my food they still get 5 stars! I arrived minutes after a tour bus pulled in. I would estimated there was at least 30 people needing to be waited on. The employees were awesome! They worked together like a well oiled machine and got the food out fast. Everyone was working hard! Kudos to the Clinton Bojangles!

I tried the chicken rice bowl and it was pretty good. My son loved the tenders combo.

Restaurant was dirty, the staff were indifferent at best, leaning toward unfriendly. The tea was empty in the dining room at 800pm. Had to ask for refills at the counter and staff seemed put off by these requests. Food was good and hot.

Great Cajun chicken bisket, friendly service. For fast food it was pretty good.

Can't go wrong with the Supreme chicken tenders, a biscuit, and some mashed taters! Love me some Bojangles!

Sierra Mist tasted like carbonated water. Asked for spicy strips and did not receive them. Food tasted good though.

The cashier was either not trained well on customer service or absolutely hates her job. She acted as if waiting on us was an inconvenience. Food tasted old and still took forever to get

There are several Chicken Tender chains around the country, and this seems to be the chain in this part of the country. The food is fine - there is nothing wrong with it. There just seems to be nothing different between this place and Babes, or Raising Cane, or Chicken Express. Even the spicy chicken was underwhelming, but it's not bad - it's just average. Would I eat here again if I was in this area? Yeah, probably - it's convenient to the hotels. Would I go out of my way? Nah

Fast friendly service and they offer a 10% discount for military and first responders. Go Bo!!👍

The staff was super friendly but to be honest, I didn't care for the Supreme Chicken strips. They weren't that good. I also got a breast and thigh which were good. Not great. Nice and juicy for white meat.The fries were good and the biscuits were also pretty good.

Went through drive thru today, at 1:15pm. Ordered a 2pc leg and thigh with mashed potatoes and coleslaw, 4 chicken biscuits, and three large sodas. The employees not only tried to give us someone else's order after trying to send us away without straws, we also didn't get all 4 of the biscuits. Tried to call the number printed on the receipt and after four tried and being told the number wasn't in service, now we're driving back across town to get the food we should have been given the first time. Unacceptable, especially since they weren't busy at all. Will update after receiving the rest of our food that we paid for.

Awesome as always, most consistent restaurant in Clinton.

Paid for cheese on sandwich... no cheese! Drinks are wrong and everything. This location needs more training.

Do Not Waste Your Money Here! Got the 4-piece “Supreme” tender meal! 🤢. Chicken was over cooked and dry, fries were over seasoned and cold/stale! Biscuit was super dry and cold. They are out of honey, biscuit wouldn’t even melt the butter! Not a good choice when stranded in Clinton, TN!

When going to the Smokey's you gotta try Bojangles chicken and biscuits. Absolutely love this place. The employees are so polite and friendly. There's no place I'd rather be than the hills of Tennessee..oh don't miss out on that Bojangles sweet tea!

Overall the good was good except for the mashed potatoes. Kinda taste like instant potatoes. Ordered the family pack to go on picnic at Norris, only to find out they didn't put any utensils or napkins in the box. The chicken was super greasy too.

Nice family dinner at a good price

Gave me raw chicken, nothing like salmonella for breakfast.
